In fact, the name of my business- JoyMax- was inspired by Maximus himself — the little person who sparked so many of the celebrations that led me here!
This business grew out of my own experience planning events like my baby shower, my son’s first birthday, and our wedding. Each time, I found myself buying small décor items I only needed for a few hours — things like table number holders, easels, tealights, vases, gift boxes, and backdrop accessories. After the event, I was left with boxes of items I didn’t need but had paid full price for. I realized quickly that many others were in the same situation.
